6月28日下午，河北张家口市蔚县柏树乡8岁男孩晓辉(化名)，被11名同学围殴致昏迷，经抢救无效身亡。警方调查发现，11名学生当天闲来无事，相约到村内找人打着玩儿，恰好碰到晓辉，便强行将其叫走。涉事的11人均不满14周岁。目前警方已经立案。
