No. 12 The Way to be happy
We all want to be happy in our life. What’syour way of being happy all the time? Why do you think so? Give an example toshow that your way did bring you happiness.

    My way of being happy is believing in myself and my ability all the time. It inspires me because it makes me
    feel more confident and happier. What's more, this helps me get rid of the negative thoughts and behave
    elegantly. Once, our team had almost failed in doing the team work and nobody still believed our team would win except me.I tried my best to encourage them, to influence the people around me. I told them to believe in
    themselves and their ability instead of giving up. Fortunately, this did work. I led the team to the sucess at
    last. Obviously, It made every member of our team feel extremely happy.Generally speaking,never let the
    negative thoughts enter our mind and more importantly, believing in ourselves and our ability will always give us happiness!

      Happiness is necessary in our daily life. My way of being happy is to leave negative things behind. That's because when we are worried about something we will feel nervous. What's worse, we will keep on thinking it and can't do other things well. In the past, l was worried about my mates marks. I worried about this day and night so that I couldn't focus myself on other subjects. Afterwards, I realized that I should leave theses worries behind and try to improve my study. This did bring me good marks and happiness.

        In my opinion,the way to be happy is always simple.Helping others is the way to be happy.it's easy to believe that helping others does bring us happiness.In the course of helping others we can gain not only happiness but also friendships.We can also learn the importance of cooperation.Moreover,the relationships among people will get better and more harmonious by giving someone a hand.Once,my classmate didn't know how to solve a problem of reciting texts.I decided to help her without hesitation.I summarized my own way of reciting and helped her to try it.Eventually she did it and we all felt delightful and established a profound friendship afterwards. All in all,I think the way to be happy is sharing the mutual support and help with each other. 柏桁

          My way of being happy is to have an optimistic attitude towards life. Whenever we feel depressed, it's because of various frustrations in life. If we don't have a good enough state of mind, the situation will just become even worse. Once, I failed in an exam. I felt unhappy and was not confident to face the exams any longer. But then I cleared my mind and thought 'I would do it next time! ', there was no doubt that I was happy again. As you can see, an optimistic attitude did bring happiness to me.

            The way to be happy
            Helping others is the best way to be happy.That’s because if you help someone, you will get the double happiness. One isyours, the other is his. Once my friend got some trouble in study. Although Iwas busy with something at that time, I stopped to help her. She appreciated mefaithfully and felt extremely happy. So did I. As the old saying goes, ‘afriend in need is a friend indeed.’ In my opinion, helping others can give allof us happiness.               Happiness isthe best feeling on the Earth. Thereforeall people want to be happy and hope that happiness can stay longer. My way of being happy is relaxing. Relaxation can make you get more energy. It can also make you keep a positiveattitude. I always believe happinessdoesn’t depend on who you are or what you have, it depends upon what you think. There are many examples to support myopinion. When the maths questions aretoo difficult to work out, I will feel anxious and nervous. At that time, I will have a rest. After the rest, I will feel better and usuallycan work out the maths questions without difficulties. That shows having a rest and having a proper attitudedid bring me happiness.

                Many people have their own ideas about how to cheer them up. But in my opinion, doing exercise is my way to be happy. As an old saying goes ‘Health is wealth'. Exercise makes me strong and healthy. But more importantly, when I am exercising, I can effectively realease the pressure physically and psychologically. What's more, I will feel relaxed and really happy. Once I felt very nervous before a maths exam and I want to the playground to play basketball and felt very happy. As you can see, I want to recommand my way to be happy to everyone who wants to be happy. Just have a try!

                  Life is made up of ups and downs,happiness and sadness,so being happy is very important to us.But how to be happy?In my opinion,the way to be happy is to share my worries and happiness with my friends.That's because if I am unhappy ,they will comfort me and cheer me up.If I have something interesting to tell them,they will laught with me.For example,once I failed in an exam,I was very sad and told it to my friends.They gave me a big hug and told me it was OK.I was encouraged by them.Afterwards,they told me some interesting stories to make me laugh.At that time,my negative mood disappeared and I truly felt the happiness of my life.Friends light our lives and warm our hearts.So it will be good for us to enjoy happiness with them.Believe it or not,happiness is always with you.Chen Yiwen409

                      As an old saying goes,'Helping others brings us happiness.'So as far as I'm concerned,the best way to be happy is to help others.When I was upset, I would try my best to help people and I could find happiness from that. For example, once I got bad marks in the tests and felt really disappointed. After school, on my way home, I was too sad to be interested in anything. After a while, I found a wallet lying on the ground and saw a man who was opposite the road was very worried. I thought he might be the loser. Then I picked the wallet up and ran towards the man. I asked him whether he had lost something and he continued nodding. I passed the wallet to him and he was very grateful to me. At that time, I became happier and more confident. The help of mine brought happiness to me. All in all, I believe that helping others can bring us happiness. Let's help others as often as possible and be happier!

                        As we all know,happiness is essential for life. There are many ways to be happy. But in my opinion, the way to be happy is to help others because helping others can make us happy. On the other hand, we can also make a lot of friends if we help others.
                        Once l entered for the long-distance race in school sports meeting. At first, l held a safe lead. Suddenly,one of the player fell down. l stopped immediately and gave her a helping hand. She was very thankful to me. Although l failed in that race,l was still very happy on that day. Afterward , the girl that fell down in the race became my best friend
                        As you can see, the happiest people in the world are those who help to bring happiness to others. Let 's be ready to help others! Try to give others a hand whenever we can. Then we will find that our life is full of happiness.
