Overall, we loved our time at this project. Trish is wonderful and we love what she does. The cabins we stayed in were beautiful, clean, couldn't ask for more! We were brought to the supermarket on our first night and they paid for our groceries. We had a two-bedroom cabin shared with one other girl, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a washing machine. There was even wifi a little down the driveway at Trish's house which she gave us the password to and even allowed us to come and go to use.
I do hope with this information; love volunteers can send more volunteers to Trish because she can definitely use the help. She is wonderfully nice, as are the other volunteers there and they are very accommodating, and of course, the wallabies and kangaroos are just precious!

Strolling the streets is a social event with people enjoying the temperate climate and relaxing in the many bars, restaurants and cafes. Esplanade Lagoon offers the opportunity to swim and relax without leaving town.
Surrounded by stunning natural attractions - such as the famous Great Barrier Reef where this program is located, Daintree National Park and the stunning Northern beaches - Cairns is a magnet for eco and adventure travelers and is well equipped to cater to every visitors needs.
