3.Seller issue SPA, PI, SOURCING AGREEMENT
4.Buyer and Seller sign SPA
5.Seller provide LC Verbiage with LC beneficiary details
6.Buyer issue Draft LC as per verbiage given by Seller
7.Seller show Allocation Holder letter
8.* Buyer arrange operative LC via Swift MT700
9.Once LC is received at the seller bank.
10.Buyer arrange SGS for physical inspection at warehouse
11.LC payment released with the Bank after the receipt SGS inspection report
