第一句是做状语第二句是定语

1 在野外散步时他注意到一朵不寻常的花。
2 在野外散步的他注意到一朵不寻常的花。
2 语法上没问题，但一般很少会这么说话。

对于已经限定的人或者事物，不能再使用限制性定语从句，只能用非限制性定语从句
所以一楼第二句得加逗号，改成
He，walking in the field，noticed an unusual flower.
意思跟第一句一样

第二句感觉有点怪怪的。我会说While walking in the field, he noticed an unusual flower

第二句：He walked in the field, noticing an unusual flower.

我会在第二句中加上两个逗号
He walking in the field noticed an unusual flower.
变为：He, walking in the field, noticed an unsual flower.
虽然口头说出来没有什么区别，但写出来还是加上两个逗号较为合理。这个是插入语的用法。

表达方式不一样，涵义一样。第一个分句做状语。第二个walking in the field 是一个省略了who/that was 的定语从句
