Twenty six years old, graduated from Liaoning Technical University, I have been working in Agricultural Bank since my commencement ceremony. My previous jobs as a bank teller, a reception manager, a municipal bank internal trainer, and a teaching assistant of province’s bank internal trainer have witnessed my marvelous accomplishments and growth. During that period of time, my effort paid off, work recognized and most essential of all, social network cultivated and comprehensive competence augmented.

Head of the network in the future of Agricultural bank of Liaoning is selected in the Internal training division，so the experience is of great help to my career, my long-term goal is to grow into a corporate executives, although compared to you big brother big sister, my lack of management experience is immature, but my leadership said, as long as you want to do, you will do your best. For a state-owned bank employees, I have been transferred to the bank of the city and the province,such opportunity to exercise is very precious.And I’m the only teaching assistant in the Internal training division. Compared to most of the same age,I have the experience of promotion in the national competition. Nearly three years of grass-roots work let me I gradually from immature to mature. The training work of the network management in the whole city and head of the network in the future of the province let me accumulat valuable experience in management. However, with the accumulation of experience, I’m more and more aware of my lack of the knowledge of management.
