    和家人一起来林肯郡(AC家)小住几天之后，Declan 最近就要回家(肯特郡)了。
    但即便在这里，他也依然整天忙着做他的音乐，商务洽谈，签名等等....噢对，我差点忘了，还洗了一次or两次的碗。
    虽然这次没有更新的消息公布，但也许在不太遥远的将来，会有1or2条确定的结果发布在这。
    请不要给我发邮件和 pm 打听更多的信息，我只会在每个细节都敲定的情况下才会把消息发布出来，所以在那之前，我还是重复一下几周前的帖子吧.......

Declan will shortly be returning home after spending a few days with his family here in Lincolnshire.

So for all those of you who are wondering what Declan is doing NOW and may not have read my recent posts about this, or indeed, Declans own answers, here is the latest news about Declan.
Declan is working very hard developing his own style of music, writing new material, and improving his instrumental playing whilst all the while developing into the singer / songwriter /musician etc that he wishes to become as an adult.
Although still extremely busy he is enjoying taking some time out from the enormous pressure of concerts, tours and album releases whilst he concentrates on this and does some of the things that young men of his age do like learning to drive etc.
Over the next few months Declan will have much to consider and some very important and far-reaching decisions to make and he asks all his friends who have supported him so loyally over the past few years to be patient.
As soon as there is anything different to announce it will be posted on this forum......not on youtube or any of the fake myspace accounts nor will I release it as answers to individual pm's or emails.

I don’t think I have ever though about it, to me it doesn’t make any difference how old or young, what country or what gender…I am just pleased that so many people seem to enjoy the music I have made.

I’m not really sure I know what you are referring to, possibly you’re talking about something I was given while on stage in China…If I remember correctly I think I was given some kind of a baby bib…not sure why though

Judging by what I see on TV, the world economy is in real trouble but I have no idea ‘what’ is going 'on’ or how to put it right, and I am beginning to think that the world bankers and politicians have no idea either unfortunately, which is quite worrying.

I’ve never really thought about it before but I think it takes a great deal working in parliament, running a country. I can’t begin to imagine the stress and pressure involved with such a job…..just imagine having to make decisions for an entire country.

When it can actually be a bit intimidating and scary but you just try to get on with it and hope people remember I’m just a normal person.

That is something that might be considered sometime in the future but when deciding on the makeup of an album consideration has to be given about how all the tracks ‘fit’ together, and they may not.

I am really glad someone asked a question about all the gifts I get sent.
But I am not going to answer which liked best, because that would impossible to answer and even if I could answer then it would be very upsetting for the hundreds, well probably thousands of other people who have sent gifts.

Dec: People in the UK have to be 17 before they can get a ‘provisional’ licence to learn to drive a car. Then they have to pass a theory and a practical test before they get a full licence to drive unaccompanied. Yes I have a provisional licence.
在英国，17岁之前学车的人只能拿到一本“临时”驾照。然后他们需要通过理论考试和实地驾驶，才可以拿到正式的驾照独立开车上路。是的，现在我已经有本临时驾照了。

Dec:As I have already said to someone else this evening, I cannot answer your question at the moment. A decision about further education, what, where and when, is just one of the many things I have to decide about.

Okay, I guess everyone would agree that your career might not have taken off without us fans, neither would most of us 'live' without you or your music.
But still, there are some, however few, fans who don't respect your privacy. Like I've heard of people trying to climb into the car you're on when you opened the window, or more recently, I've watched a video of someone filming you on the tour bus in China throughout the journey (no offense to those above mentioned).

Usually security do a pretty good job of organising things when on tour or concerts, but as you say it is part of the job though a very few fans seem to take things a bit too far occasionally.

As I have said earlier, many great songs are written as a result of deep personal tragedy or heartbreak or deep emotion. I have been writing material now for quite some time and ideas come into my head from all sorts of things - maybe something I’ve heard or seen or found out about.

As I have already said to an earlier question. People in UK have to be 17 before they can get a ‘provisional’ licence to learn to drive a car. Then they have to pass a theory and a practical test before they get a full licence to drive unaccompanied. Yes I have a provisional licence.
